Spectrum Pools saved me. When I moved into a temporary rental home that had a pool with major issues, Spectrum came in and saved the day! They were professional and very helpful and I was able to get the pool in good working condition for Covid Summer and my family and friends enjoyed the pool every day! Spectrum Pools is reliable and gives great service and a thorough pool cleaning including all the chemicals required. I am very happy and pleased that I contracted with this source for my plaster pool. I suggest you call them FIRST and you will not find a better pool service company!

Listen Up! You've got to hear this random act of kindness. Vladimir & Constantine are absolute Angels! Why you are probably asking??? I just bought a new home with a pool and can't seem to get anyone to come out to help me get the pool ready for my Grandkids. I was sharing my story with the store clerk and Vlad & Constantine overheard my story and offered to come to my house right now and check it out. Being a little skeptical, I asked... why are you being so kind and they indicated that by being kind to someone hopefully someone else will be kind as well. Wow, such incredible humans!!! I can't thank them enough for coming to my home at 6pm on a Saturday night and they did not ask for anything in return. They sure made my day and warmed my heart with their incredibly big hearts. Spectrum Pools exceeded all expectations. After reading the reviews online, we reached out to them for a pool inspection for a home we are looking to purchase. They were extremely responsive and to my requests although they are out of season for this type of service. Vladimir explained in detail what the process is and how they would go about their inspection. They confirmed a date so close to the holidays, I was so appreciative. They also showed up three separate times to ensure the pool inspection was thorough and complete. And, they were reasonable with their pricing. But honestly, the customer service, communication and smile on their faces throughout the whole process was so genuine. We will definitely be using their service for our future pool needs.

I've been using Spectrum for two seasons now. Simply AMAZING service! From the first day when I was scrambling to find a pool service company, Vladimir came out within 2 hours to get my pool system started and spent nearly 3 hours with me to explain how it worked because I knew little to nothing about home pools. These guys are extremely flexible, easy to work with, and maybe most important, simply 100% trustworthy. They treat our pool like it's their own. I can go on, and I probably should, but I think I summarized what great service quality they have, customer first approach, and overall sense of care to do the right thing for their customers. I would 1,000% recommend these guys!
